PTL has also recently restructured and strengthened its management & board of directors by bringing in and hiring professionals to efficiently manage the operations.
Mr D.VidyaPrakash is the Chairman of the Company w.e.f 1/4/2010 and has vast experience in the field of textiles & business. He is also the Chairman of Coimbatore Pioneer Fertilizers Ltd and Super Spinning Mills Ltd.
Mr R.Skandha Varadaraj is the Managing Director of the company w.e.f 1/4/2010. He has completed his MBA from University of Wales, Newport (U.K) and after working for Virgin Group in its Cardiff center has assumed office in PTL during the year 2008. It is during his tenure that the company has undergone a major restructuring exercise and has also successfully relocated and recommenced operations.
Mrs Ramya Sathpurush a Bio Medical Engineer from University of Southern California (USC) has also been inducted into the board w.e.f 1/4/2010.
Mr V.Ravichandran a promoter director continues to serve the board & the company and his vast experience will effectively guide the company in the future.
